His son expanded the area to include lovely vineyard and villas for himself and his wife. Beside visiting an amazing mausoleum and villas, we will also see a Royal Wine Cellar where you can try and buy a very good wine.

KARADJORDJE TOUR
Topola is the place where Karadjordje built his home and not far from today's town is a small village where he was born. We will visit his former city...his house and the church that he built.
Oplenac is only a kilometer away. That is the place where his grandson, later King Peter I built the church and mausoleum for all the members of Karadjordje's family. While all the members were buried in the crypt, only the Karadjordje and his grandson were buried in southern and northern apse.
Not more than 15km is Orasac, a place where The First Serbian Uprising was organised. Today, there is a complex with a museum, monuments and a church that we will visit.
After some 45km of drive, we will reach Velika Plana and ethno-village "Moravski Konaci" where a launch brake is planned. Built on a a sight of old brick factory, today this is a center that shows how the daily life used to be in old days. In the middle of the complex is the man-made lake with a nice restaurant.
Afternoon plan included the visit of two nearby places: Radovanjski lug, a place where Karadjordje was murdered in 1817. Once we reach the place, we will also learn who killed him and who organised the assassination, but let's keep it for our trip. The final stop is Pokajnica Monastery, built by the assassinator.

SHORT VOJVODINA TOUR
Petrovaradin Castle was once known as Gibraltar of the Danube. Today, this is a popular tourist destination and the best known symbol of Novi Sad.
Sremski Karlovci was once the cultural and educational center of Serbian people. Together, we will discover this small town and its lovely churches, nice square with unique fountain and one of the oldest high-schools. This area is known for its good wines and some of them were even served on ill-fated, but luxurious Titanic. We'll visit one of the wine cellars, too.
Sremski Karlovci is on the outskirts of Fruska Gora hills, also known as a spiritual center of Serbian people. There are 16 monasteries there and we will visit one of the most important: Krusedol monastery.
